Tonya Cross Brown serves as a senior research specialist for Coxe Curry & Associates. With more than 16 years of experience in this role, her responsibilities include prospect research, database updates, and client report archive management. Prior to joining the Coxe Curry team in 2006, Tonya served as senior researcher for the Business Editorial division at Strafford Publications, Inc. (now Strafford), an Atlanta-based business newsletter publisher and continuing education webinar provider. During her tenure, she was a two-time Strafford Publications Peer Award recipient for Exemplary Teamwork.

A native Floridian, Tonya earned a bachelor's degree in African American studies from Florida A&M University. She and her husband, Trevor, have two adult children and currently reside in Decatur.
