Ann is the chief client strategist and former owner of Coxe Curry. She began working at the firm in 1992 and purchased the firm from the prior owner, Frankie Coxe, in 1993. Today, she serves as a senior advisor to clients and a resource for our staff. 

Currently, she consults with her long-time clients the Atlanta History Center and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. She also leads the teams for the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia and for the YWCA of Metro Atlanta and its Phillis Wheatley project. 

In the community, Ann’s past service includes her role as president of the Atlanta-Fulton League of Women Voters, as Georgia president, and as a member of the League’s national board, where she was development chair. She was a five-year member of the Research Atlanta board and was its first woman president. She chaired the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Board for three years and was the founding president of the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Foundation. Ann was also a member of the corporate board of State Bank and Trust before its merger with Cadence Bank.

Today, she serves on the board of Adventure Scientists, a Montana-based organization that addresses critical challenges to the environment and human health, as well as the advisory board of the Georgia Conservancy. She is an active member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and received the M. Collier Ross Leadership Award in 2018. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Northern Trust in Atlanta.

A graduate of Duke University, Ann is the immediate past chair of the advisory board for Duke University Libraries, a past chair of the Duke University Women’s Studies Council, and a six-year member of the board of visitors for Trinity College at Duke. She is currently a committee member of the Sarah P. Duke Gardens’ Garden Gateway campaign.

Many organizations have honored Ann for her service and impact. She is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta and Leadership Georgia. She is a member of the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers and was the 2017 co-winner of their Woman of Achievement honor. Ann is a recipient of the League of Women Voters Eudora Rogers Award given to outstanding members and received the Eleanor Raoul Greene Award from the Georgia League. In 2017, she was recognized by the Foundation of Wesley Woods at its Heroes, Saints & Legends Event and, in 2018, was pleased to be designated as a “Tree Champion” by Trees Atlanta. In 2022, she was honored with and humbled by a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Greater Atlanta Chapter.  

Ann and her husband, Jim, have two adult children and three grandchildren. She and Jim enjoy city living, adventure travel, and Duke basketball—and they've been present for every national championship.
