Lisa Maulding
At Coxe Curry, Lisa helps lead the strategic direction of the firm and provides principal counsel to clients. With a Coxe Curry tenure of more than 20 years, her consulting experience includes development assessments, campaign planning studies, capital campaigns, and annual funds. Lisa consults with clients in all sectors and has developed deep expertise in affordable housing, independent schools, faith-based organizations, and social, health, and human service agencies.
Recently, she’s counseled clients including Atlanta Land Trust, Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities, Automotive Training Center, Greater Atlanta Christian School, Open Hand Atlanta, The Temple, and Wellspring Living, among others.
In the community, Lisa is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta and a board member of the Kiwanis Foundation of Atlanta, currently serving as secretary and chairing the organization’s annual fund. She also participates in many committees at her church, St. Jude the Apostle, and serves on the board of Reach for Excellence, an academic and leadership enrichment program for underserved students hosted at Marist School.
Before joining us, Lisa served as the chief development officer for Pace Academy from 1995 to 2001. There, she managed a staff of seven responsible for alumni relations, public relations, communications, annual giving, capital giving, planned giving, and special events. In her six years at Pace, Lisa and her staff grew the annual fund from $220,000 to more than $950,000. She also helped organize and implement a $20 million capital campaign that achieved the school’s first seven-figure gift, 95% parent participation, and 100% faculty, staff, and board participation. From 1989 to 1995, Lisa consulted with two Atlanta fundraising consulting firms that worked throughout the southeast and led development assessments, planning studies, and capital and annual campaigns.
A native of Southern Illinois, Lisa moved to Atlanta in 1987. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated from Georgia State University with a BA in marketing. Lisa and her husband, Dale, have two adult sons.
