Eric Sharp

At Coxe Curry, Eric manages campaign planning studies, capital campaigns, and other consulting engagements. Working strategically and tactically to streamline each project, he meets the day-to-day needs of clients, manages our team workloads, and keeps engagements on target and on time. In addition to his work with clients, Eric enjoys projects that contribute to the firm’s culture, including our annual United Way Employee Giving Campaign.

Recently, he’s worked with the Atlanta Opera, Corners Outreach, Georgia Historical Society, Hillside Atlanta, The Nature Conservancy in Georgia, Northside Youth Organization, Open Doors, Piedmont Healthcare Foundation, and the U.S. Soccer Federation.

Eric moved to Atlanta in 2021 and is excited to give back to the community that has warmly welcomed him. He currently volunteers with the Inman Park Neighborhood Association and is looking forward to additional opportunities that match his passions and experience. His past volunteer work includes co-founding and orchestrating a music and arts festival in Alberta, Canada for several years—a testament to his commitment to arts and culture.

Before joining us, Eric built more than a decade of fundraising, event management, and project execution experience across the rich mosaic of Chicago and the serene expanses of Alberta. His professional experience includes roles with the Chicago History Museum, Shedd Aquarium, City of Lethbridge, and the University of Lethbridge, where he proudly earned his BSc.

In his free time, you’ll often find Eric embracing the freedom of exploration on two wheels—motorized or not. He and his wife, Catie (a Chicago native), are art lovers who are enjoying taking in the local culture from their home base in Inman Park. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Eric still loves hockey (Go Oilers!) and his homeland—but now happily calls Atlanta, and its warmer weather, home.
